Purchases

All Acute Kit products are sold through Gumroad. When you buy, you enter into Gumroad's checkout terms for payment processing, receipts, and applicable consumer protections in your region.

Consumer kits (Use it)

A one-time purchase grants you a personal or organizational license to run the finished tool. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the consumer ZIP. The tool runs locally on your machine; your outputs stay on your machine.

Developer Starter (Build on it)

A separate one-time purchase grants rights under the commercial license included in the developer ZIP (see LICENSE-DEV.txt). That license governs modification, white-labeling, and resale of your own end-user version. It does not include the consumer SKU.

Software

Tools are provided as-is for their stated acute moment. We do not guarantee fitness for unrelated use cases. Because software runs locally without a mandatory cloud account, updates are delivered as new Gumroad file versions when published.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Gumroad per their policy and your receipt. Contact us at [email protected] if something is wrong with your download and we will help you get a working file.
